Product & service

I always believe if you want to do a business, there's only 2 things: either you sell your product, or sell your service, or you sell both product and service. what you need to have? 1) capital, 2) experience/ knowledge. That is business. From product and service it will expand to more wider perspectives of business that will sooner or later might entitle you to become an executive chairman or CEO. :)

no "short cut" to become rich, no "short cut" also to obtain lots of $$$$ in short period. The higher mountain we climb, the bigger satisfaction we feel in ourselves, and the more we appreciate our own effort.
Thus, I am looking for a long term satisfaction, not short term enjoying the money. I'll be patient, and look forward to achieve it.

Rocky & Gabby

tak sempat lagi nak masukkan cita Rocky & Gabby lam blog...nak snap photo they all actually. tapi aktif sgt dedua ekor tu. aku ltk nama Rocky sbb aku nak Rocky tu jadik kucing yg btol2 jantan...dia kna jadi kucing jantan yg kuat. Gabby sbb aku rs nama nie pnuh kemanjaan..heehe..so kucing female kenala manja2 sket. that's the reason behind their name. that day 8hb aritu bwk they all gi vet. selama nie aku dok igt Rocky tu male, Gabby female. tu yg rs cam elok dah nama tu. besides, tgk fizikal they all, in terms of playing, meow2 sound...mmg aku dah kompom2 dah Gabby tu pompuan..sbb dia bising sgt mcm makcik2...pastu dia mcm suka rely n manja2 kat Rocky. so nama Gabby of course for gurl.
tp bila vet check tgk2 dah tbalik pulak...vet ckp Gabby nie jantan la kak...adoiii masa tu aku pon dah panic dah...mcm mn nak tukaq nama nie...tp vet ckp x pa laa....kucing no prob la psl nama, bkn human...hahahaha mcm tu plak

so aku pon reda jelaaa...hopefully with their name won't change Rocky to tomboy and Gabby to mak nyah. tp nasib baik laa Gabby, dulu aku tpikir jgk nak letak Gurgurl utk kucing yg kusangka kan female tu hehe...

A never ending story of cheating!

Yesterday abah called me and inform me that he receives a phone call from one guy, introduce himself as an agent from "Link Club", to promote their service and product. Their service basically a promotion card worth RM489 per registration, those who subscribe for the card can enjoy benefits of 30% for airlines tickets, hotels, touch n go...and so forth....(all those nonsense!) Abah told me that he's interested to subscribe but he asks me to check on the "Link Club". I told abah..."no need to check abah, zaman skg nie org nak menipu mcm2 cara abah", and i asks abah does he asks abah for any bank account or credit car number or sewaktu dgnnya...abah said, he did ask for the credit card expiry date! see! then i tell abah, stop...dont ever bother about this guy already. strictly told him, or just sound him " kalau anak nie memang betui2 cari rezeki yang halal, pak cik mtk maap byk2..tapi pak cik mintak maap jugak sebab pak cik tak minat dgn benda2 mcm nie...tak minat satu hal, percaya tu satu hal...anak pi la promote kat org lain, tu pon mcm pak cik ckp td, kalau anak cari rezeki yg halal...kalau nk menipu2..renti kan laa.." then i ask abah to say sorry for him again.
then last night, i heard news from tv3, one of chinese lady has been cheated RM2700! modus operandi...also via telephone but the approach is different. I also fed-up with this kind of thing. For me, the more smarter people, the more "idea" they have to cheat people. This types of no humanity people has reflect a black image to those people who really doing their job..ie those yg mencari rezeki yang halal. People also will become more extra careful and surely will not simply put their trust in everything or anyone who approach them. Like the guy who call my father yesterday, what if he really doing his job? what if he really looking for a client? but sorry guy, if i manage to talk to him i will tell him everything and maybe advise him to change his approach of marketing. Pity him but what to do? vice versa, what if he got mala fide ie bad intention? what if he really manage to get my father's credit card number and do all the illegal transaction? (even though it is impossible lah for bank to allow illegal transaction especially via credit card)
but one interesting thing to be noted that, nothing is impossible now, one of my friend last time lost about RM500 and according to police, there might be "insider" bank people who also involve. are we going to say bank people also cannot be trusted?
for me, dont trust anyone. not to say we cannot put trust on people but we must have a limit trust, and also have a little bit of curiosity especially those using high-tech, such as email, sms, or phone call...just dont entertain them at all! i also have lots of time receives those nonsense sms and i just delete it from my inbox, fullstop! and pray that i and everyone around me will not become one of the victim.

tak leh terima hakikat pulak...

berbulu aku dengan org yang perasan die bagus...perasan konon2 kalau tak da die ofis bole tutup...

Mission to be accomplish

ok...dont ever talk about that stupid people already...im not like her, i need to move forward.
last few weeks, masa dok tgk2 website SSM, procedure to set up corporation...suddenly i mention to aliah, jom kita bukak company sendiri...A&Z Sdn Bhd...or..apa2 la yg ada nama kita and Sdn Bhd. Alia ckp...bisnes apa ko nak buat ngok....then i told her, kita set up company dlu, then baru pikior nk buat bisnes ape. once dah ada company senang nak buat loan...and so on...hehehehee..(cakap senang!)

then tadi masa lunch bila cita dekat akak2 (k azra ngn k watie)suma pakat pecah gelak....cita2 besarrr....kemain nak bukak company...capital? nature of bisnes? to be decide later? hahahahaha....the best part is suggestion name to the company..tak bole blahhh...Waqq Luu Sdn Bhd hahahaha......
(surely there's a reason behind this unique name kekekeke....)

but it's true what...without angan2 mimpi tak kan jadi kenyataan! yesss! so tak pa laaa berangan dulu...lama2 esok mesti we'll try our very best to make it happen. We can do it!

aku rasa mcm tak mau tulis apa yg aku geramkan nie, sebab this is blog. kalau maki org or kutuk org dalam nie, people have possibility to use this as evidence to sue you in court. tak pa, aku tak payah la mention nama.

i really2 damn looking for a new job. aku tak bole blah sgt dgn environment sekarang yg mcm sh**. dan yg paling penting aku tak bole blah sgt dgn seseorang tu. dia ingat dia sapa erkk?? helo..come on la, you are same as me before, so dont you ever dare to tell me to do this or that while at the same time you also did the wrong??! i hate to work with people who always know to instruct people do this n that, and when there is something wrong...bukan nak find solution. some more condemn the blame party....i did wrong, tapi aku cari solution and try to solve it...bukan cam ko dok blame sana sini and always have negative thinking...!tak boleh settle la kna buat agreement baru laaa....! shit! itu old fashion punya thinking! be creative in your work laaa....baru la bole move forward..!

takbir raya....

pertama kali dalam hidup nie....dengar takbir raya kat KL! hussshhhh....masa beli tiket dulu ingatkan alaaa...raya haji kan...mana sama ngan raya posa...tak da hal nya laa balik malam raya...
but when it really happen now...! tetiba ja sentimental....
words to remember: takbir raya tu tak kira raya posa or raya haji....sama!
dahla tiket paling lambat...1045pm! masa beli tu tak terpikir langsung la plak nak beli yg 845....nggeeeeeee.....!dan masa nie jgk laa terpikir...patutnya amik cuti arini...then malam nie dah bole tolong mama masak rendang!
huh...bkn nyaa "melangut" kat hentian duta nie! tadi tepon mama, rendang pon order! (klu aku ada, pagi tadi lgi dah masak rendang!)

aaaaa....sedih2!

so, duduk la diam2...
hopefully battery notebook nie blehla tahan sampai 1045...
and hopefully jgk....sempat smpai umah b4 org gi semayang raya...

having surprise bufday party organized by our HR and CEO to his beloved wife...most of staff attended this party...the best part is not that "surprise" but having happening and fun time with our team. then masing2 sibuk nak brgambor n posing maut in every inch of da house...(ciwi kekekekeke...)
